The authors thoroughly examined patients with a = left=20 frontal glioma by using magnetic resonance imaging scans and syntactic = judgment=20 tasks in Japanese, and they established qualitatively different types of = agrammatic comprehension, depending on glioma location. Moreover, they=20 identified three neural networks that support syntactic processing in = language.=20 These results are expected to be useful in the treatment of language = disorders=20 and in the improvement of language rehabilitation.
